By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Southern Ohio Logistics LLC (“SOHIO Logistics”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Scope of Services

SOHIO Logistics provides transportation and logistics services only. We do not provide mechanical repair, towing, recovery, or passenger transport services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Services are limited to items that can be safely transported using available equipment and within applicable legal, safety, and insurance limits.

 

2. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quoting, including service type, distance, weight, dimensions, access, and handling requirements.

Changes to scope, timing, access, or cargo may result in repricing.

​

Minimum charges apply to all services.

 

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise approved in writing, all services are Due on Receipt.

​

Approved business clients may be granted Net-7, Net-14, or Net-30 terms by written agreement only.

​

Past-due balances may result in service suspension.

 

4. Cargo Condition & Liability

SOHIO Logistics is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Mechanical failures

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues resulting from improper packaging by the customer

 

Customers are responsible for disclosing known issues, non-operable conditions, or special handling requirements.

Job-specific acknowledgments may be required for certain services.

 

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates only. SOHIO Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, acts of God, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

 

6. Claims

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be supported with documentation and photographs.

 

7. Right to Refuse Service

SOHIO Logistics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe, illegal, improperly disclosed, or non-compliant shipments.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
